Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. Proof of purchase is required.

Returns must be authorized before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

• Opened or used products

• Sale items

• Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
