Orders are processed within 4–7 business days, then shipped via USPS with tracking provided by email.
Delivery within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment.
During launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we maintain our small-batch standards.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
During high-volume periods or launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment.
Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
To request a cancellation, please email us as soon as possible with your order number.
If you notice an address error, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
We will gladly update it if the order has not yet shipped.
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once a package has been shipped, Shelly Glow is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim when applicable.
