Shelly Glow Order & Shipping Information
Small-Batch Preparation
All Shelly Glow products are freshly prepared in small batches to ensure quality, care, and freshness.
Orders require 4–7 business days for preparation and processing before shipment.
During launches or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we maintain our small-batch standards.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Orders ship via USPS.
Delivery within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.
All prices listed on our website are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they enter processing.
Once an order has begun processing or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
If you need to request a cancellation, please email support@shellyglow.com as soon as possible and include your order number.
Address Corrections
If you notice an address error, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
We will gladly update the address if the order has not yet shipped.
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
Returns & Damaged Items
Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• your order number
• clear photos of the issue
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping Delays
Once a package has shipped, Shelly Glow is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim when applicable.
